Director

Raised in Columbus, Shondise began her career in the field at just 18 years old as a Direct Support Professional. It was in this role that she discovered her calling providing compassionate care and meaningful support to adults with developmental disabilities. Her dedication to empowering individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives quickly became the foundation of her professional journey.

Shondise originally joined all R friends at our Gahanna Day Program, serving there for three years. During her time there, she proudly served as the Green Team Lead, demonstrating strong leadership, organization, and a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging environment. While working in the Day Program, she also began working part-time in Supported Living, where she discovered a deep passion for helping individuals thrive in home and community-based settings.

Through years of hands-on experience, leadership growth, and unwavering commitment, Shondise advanced into her current role as Director of Supported Living. She leads with empathy, integrity, and a strong belief that every individual deserves dignity, respect, and the opportunity to reach their fullest potential.

Shondise proudly serves as the Director of Supported Living at All R Friends, where her passion for supporting adults with developmental disabilities continues to guide her leadership.
