Site Directors:

Patrick

Site Director

While completing his Bachelor of Science degree at Kent State University, Patrick began his journey working with adults with developmental disabilities as part of the POWERcorps program of AmeriCorps in Portage County, Ohio. Through this program he developed a passion for working with adults with developmental disabilities through a variety of recreational, leisure, and social opportunities.

After using his degree in Hospitality Management, working in hotels for almost 10 years, Patrick joined all R friends in March 2020 as a Participant Supervisor at our Dublin location. There, his passion for working with adults with developmental disabilities was reinvigorated. In Dublin, he advanced within the company with roles as the blue team lead and assistant director while also working a short time in our supported living division. In September 2024 Patrick was promoted to our Lewis Center program Director.

In his free time, he enjoys traveling, bowling, the Ohio State Buckeyes, the Green Bay Packers, and the Columbus Crew.

Leah

Assistant Director

Leah joined all R friends in January 2025 as a Participant Supervisor and quickly felt at home in the adult day support program. By August 2025, she stepped into the role of Team Lead for the Blue Team in Lewis Center and now proudly serves as Assistant Director. Each step along the way has strengthened her passion for supporting participants and being part of a meaningful community.

Leah’s journey into this field is both professional and deeply personal. Despite earning two degrees in criminal justice, her path took a meaningful and unexpected turn after becoming a parent to three boys, two of whom have Autism. She made the decision to stay home for several years to care for her children and support their needs, gaining invaluable firsthand experience within the special needs community. Through that time—and years spent involved in therapy services—she developed a deep appreciation for advocacy, patience, and individualized care. What began as a personal journey has truly become a calling.

Working with the participants is the highlight of Leah’s day. They have taught her so much about resilience, joy, and the importance of celebrating every success. She feels incredibly fortunate to do work that not only supports others but continues to shape her into a better person.

Outside of work, Leah enjoys spending time with her family and friends, coffee shops, and being outdoors whenever she can. She especially loves exploring new parks with her family, where she can unwind and find peace in nature.
