Brogan
Site Director
Brogan has been working for the company for well over a year and became assistant director in September 2024. His primary experience prior was as a Registered Behavior Technician, of which he was certified. He is motivated by providing meaningful experiences and integrating our friends into the community at large.
Shelby
Assistant Director
Shelby was born in San Antonio Texas and moved to Delaware Ohio when she was young. After high school, Shelby attended the Aveda Institute of Columbus to get her cosmetology license then worked as a hair stylist.
After 10 years working as a stylist, she felt she was ready for a change and was looking for new opportunities when she came across a job listing on indeed. The position seemed interesting so she applied to all R friends in 2023, and quickly fell in love. Shelby worked at the Lewis Center site, with the Blue Team, for a year and was able to assist with Green Team on occasion. She enjoyed learning everything about the friends and had so much fun going on outings and participating in activities.
After a year she was offered the position of Blue Team lead. Shelby was a Blue Team lead for almost a year when she had her son in January of 2025. Upon returning from leave, she was offered the position of Assistant Director at the Upper Arlington Location. She has had such an amazing time working with a whole new site of friends and staff and is looking forward to the rest of her career at all R friends!
