Dottie started as a participant supervisor here at all R friends back in 2012. It did not take long for her to realize that this was more than just a job—it was her passion and would ultimately become her life’s work. Through the years, she has moved from participant supervisor to team lead, then on to assistant director and is currently the director at our Dublin location. She still finds after all these years that it brings such a smile to her face each day as she is able to watch each of our friends learn to do more skills independently for themselves. And her smile is always matched by their smile as they realize they have just accomplished a new task on their own.
Brogan
Assistant Director
Brogan has been working for the company for well over a year and became assistant director in September 2024. His primary experience prior was as a Registered Behavior Technician, of which he was certified. He is motivated by providing meaningful experiences and integrating our friends into the community at large.
