Site Directors:

Kyle
Site Director
Kyle has been with All R Friends since 2015, when he started as a Participant Supervisor at the Upper Arlington location. He is originally from North Canton, OH and grew up caring for his older brother who has Down Syndrome. His father served as the president of the Stark County Board of DD, giving Kyle early exposure to the world of services available to children and adults with developmental disabilities.
In 2011, he moved to Columbus to attend The Ohio State University and instantly fell in love with the central Ohio area. In addition to being a full-time student, Kyle worked with children with disabilities as a provider and as a summer camp counselor. Kyle received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature in 2015, but decided to pursue a career in the DD field to further explore his passion for working with people with disabilities of all ages.
In 2021 Kyle was promoted to the Assistant Director, and later that year became the Director in Upper Arlington.

Kelsey
Assistant Director
Kelsey grew up alongside two close family friends with developmental disabilities, whom she considers like little sisters. Spending time with them has always been one of her greatest joys, so it came as no surprise when she discovered how much she loved working in this field.
Kelsey began her professional journey in 2022 as a Direct Support Professional. From the start, she knew that the developmental disabilities field—particularly the day program setting—was where she belonged. She briefly worked as a Registered Behavior Technician at an autism therapy center for children, but found herself missing the unique environment and connections found in day programs. This led her to join all R friends in September 2024 as a Participant Supervisor at the Dublin location.
In August 2025, Kelsey was promoted to Assistant Director of the Lewis Center location. She describes working with the “friends” as the highlight of her day—every day. They continue to inspire her with their resilience and remind her that there are no limits to what individuals can achieve, regardless of ability.
Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys playing adult recreational soccer, camping and hiking in the summer, and skiing in the winter. One of her favorite year-round activities is visiting the manatees at the zoo.
