Patrick
Site Director
While completing his Bachelor of Science degree at Kent State University, Patrick began his journey working with adults with developmental disabilities as part of the POWERcorps program of AmeriCorps in Portage County, Ohio. Through this program he developed a passion for working with adults with developmental disabilities through a variety of recreational, leisure, and social opportunities.
After using his degree in Hospitality Management, working in hotels for almost 10 years, Patrick joined all R friends in March 2020 as a Participant Supervisor at our Dublin location. There, his passion for working with adults with developmental disabilities was reinvigorated. In Dublin, he advanced within the company with roles as the blue team lead and assistant director while also working a short time in our supported living division. In September 2024 Patrick was promoted to our Lewis Center program Director.
In his free time, he enjoys traveling, bowling, the Ohio State Buckeyes, the Green Bay Packers, and the Columbus Crew.

Kelsey
Assistant Director
Kelsey grew up alongside two close family friends with developmental disabilities, whom she considers like little sisters. Spending time with them has always been one of her greatest joys, so it came as no surprise when she discovered how much she loved working in this field.
Kelsey began her professional journey in 2022 as a Direct Support Professional. From the start, she knew that the developmental disabilities field—particularly the day program setting—was where she belonged. She briefly worked as a Registered Behavior Technician at an autism therapy center for children, but found herself missing the unique environment and connections found in day programs. This led her to join all R friends in September 2024 as a Participant Supervisor at the Dublin location.
In August 2025, Kelsey was promoted to Assistant Director of the Lewis Center location. She describes working with the “friends” as the highlight of her day—every day. They continue to inspire her with their resilience and remind her that there are no limits to what individuals can achieve, regardless of ability.
Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys playing adult recreational soccer, camping and hiking in the summer, and skiing in the winter. One of her favorite year-round activities is visiting the manatees at the zoo.
