Kyle
Site Director
Kyle has been with All R Friends since 2015, when he started as a Participant Supervisor at the Upper Arlington location. He is originally from North Canton, OH and grew up caring for his older brother who has Down Syndrome. His father served as the president of the Stark County Board of DD, giving Kyle early exposure to the world of services available to children and adults with developmental disabilities.
In 2011, he moved to Columbus to attend The Ohio State University and instantly fell in love with the central Ohio area. In addition to being a full-time student, Kyle worked with children with disabilities as a provider and as a summer camp counselor. Kyle received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature in 2015, but decided to pursue a career in the DD field to further explore his passion for working with people with disabilities of all ages.
In 2021 Kyle was promoted to the Assistant Director, and later that year became the Director in Upper Arlington.
Andrea
Assistant Director
Andrea grew up in Lima, OH and began her journey working in the field as an intern at the Allen County Board of DD in 1998. She quickly fell in love with every individual she served, and knew she found her passion. She gained experience working with adults with DD in workshop settings both in Ohio and Texas.
In 2004, her husband began service in the Air Force and Andrea became a stay-at-home mother to her three children. Her son was born with Cerebral Palsy and his diagnosis inspired her continued devotion to providing all children with disabilities, including her son, with the best care and services available. She returned to the field in 2014, working with children at the Peninsula School for Autism and adults at Colonial Behavioral Health in Virginia. During this time, she completed her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Health and Human Services from Ashford University.
In 2021, her husband retired from the Air Force and her family returned to central Ohio. She joined all R friends as a Participant Supervisor at our Gahanna location in 2021, before taking on her current position as Assistant Director at Upper Arlington, which she has held since 2022.
